EduCathyssen is an educational initiative of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid, designed to bring art closer to audiences of all ages through courses and workshops that explore diverse artistic movements. Its third course, “Experience Impressionism”, not only seeks to educate about this artistic movement, but also to immerse participants in the historical and artistic context that defined it, using digital and audiovisual resources to recreate an enriching and globally accessible educational experience.

Strategy | An Authentic Experience

We took care of the planning, shooting and editing of the course content, ensuring that every visual detail was aligned with EducaThyssen's educational objectives and respected the museum's aesthetics. The strategy focused on the implementation of theory and practice, promoting learning through direct interactions with works of art.

Solution | En plein air

To capture the essence of Impressionism, we make recordings in the Thyssen Museum and in representative outdoor spaces such as the Retiro Park. This represents the 'en plein air' painting technique, characteristic of the movement, helping to contextualize the influence of the environment on impressionist work and providing a coherent and authentic educational experience.

Impact | Expanding Horizons

Our collaboration with the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, from the storyboard approach to the edition, made it possible to offer a coherent and accessible educational experience. These initiatives allow participants not only to better understand artistic techniques and movements, but also to appreciate more deeply their cultural and social impact. Our goal was always to support and complement the museum's educational vision, contributing to a more complete and enriching learning experience.
