Kynegos needed to find its place on the map: it was neither a consultancy, accelerator, nor fund. We defined its role as an impact company builder and turned that into a brand system and a website designed to explain what it does, how it does it, and why it matters.

01. Challenge
Identity in the sustainable technology ecosystem
Kynegos was born as a spin-off of Capital Energy with the mission of creating technology companies capable of driving a sustainable transition.
However, in an ecosystem with lots of narrative and little real differentiation, the project faced a positioning crisis: it didn’t fit into any existing category. Without a clear definition, its value proposition lost strength and its message became diluted in the market, making it harder to explain its value and spark relevant conversations.
02. Solution
From external partner to specialization as a corporate venture
The solution was a strategic decision: to position Kynegos as an impact-focused company builder. We moved from a role perceived as external support to an internal creation approach, connecting industry, technology, and applied innovation.
From that decision, we built a coherent brand and communication system. We defined a narrative and a message architecture to explain precisely what Kynegos does, how it operates, and what makes it different. We translated it into a sober, structured visual identity—free of empty gestures—designed for clarity and function. We developed a direct, precise verbal identity, designed to lead conversations with partners and institutions. And we consolidated it into a digital platform focused on explaining Kynegos’s role (and its method), rather than simply listing services.
Together, we reinforced the central idea: Kynegos exists to build companies, not just to support them.
03. Impact
Category definition: the foundation for scalable growth
The repositioning gave Kynegos a solid base to grow with focus. By defining a clear category and a consistent narrative, the brand gained clarity to communicate its value in complex, demanding environments; criteria to prioritize initiatives and resources without scattering efforts; credibility to activate collaboration with aligned talent, partners, and institutions; and scalability through a brand system and website designed to sustain growth without losing coherence.
The goal was achieved: to show that sustainability isn’t something you simply communicate—it’s something you design.
