Did you know that most users leave a website if they don't find what they're looking for in the first 10 seconds? With this challenge in mind, INKO21 asked us to develop a comprehensive brand and content strategy to better understand its sector and audience. At Salago, we are responsible for creating a coherent identity and a functional website that will connect with customers and facilitate decisions aligned with market needs.

Strategy | In the user's skin

To help INKO21 achieve its objectives, we started with a market and audience analysis. We wanted to better understand the needs and concerns of their customers. We redefined their mission and vision to align them with a value proposition that will connect with their audience. We proposed a restyling of the brand, reviewing the color palette and the typography. Our main focus was to design a content strategy and web structure that would facilitate navigation and improve the user experience, all aligned with a more modern and attractive identity.

Solution | Modular and intuitive experience

We design and develop a modular, visually attractive and easy to navigate website. The new structure, combined with a modern palette and typography, created a clean and simple interface. This significantly improved the user experience, allowing for intuitive and efficient navigation through the product catalog. The renewed website projects a welcoming and modern image, differentiating itself from the serious and cold traditional style of the sector, and strengthening the identity of INKO21.

Impact | A New Digital Beginning

Thanks to the work of Salago, we have completely transformed our digital presence. The new website, in addition to being more visually attractive, has improved the experience of our users, allowing them to navigate and find products in a more intuitive way. This renewal positions us better in the market and helps us connect with our audience. We are sure that this new approach will allow us to grow and stand out even more in our sector.
